ADNEC ABU DHABI NATIONAL EXHIBITION CENTRE
ADNEC Abu Dhabi is Located at the heart of Abu Dhabi's Diplomatic District. The Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) is the world's most modern and the Arabian Gulf's largest exhibition facility. Staging more than 75 major events a year - including world famous events such as IDEX, ADIPEC, Gastech, the World Future Energy Summit , Cityscape Abu Dhabi and the Abu Dhabi International Yacht Show - ADNEC welcomes more than 1.8million visitors annually.
ADNEC's event facilities consist of 73,000sqm of exhibition space spread of 12 fully interconnected exhibition halls, plus the stunning Atrium and gigantic Concourse area. Additionally, ADNEC features 2 large conference rooms which can accommodate up to 800 delegates and 20 smaller "Capital Suite" meeting rooms. The venue is also home to a state-of-the-art business centre which offers 4 further meeting rooms. From mid 2010, ADNEC will also contain a purpose built Wedding Hall which will offer 7 star luxury for local wedding celebrations.
ADNEC Abu Dhabi is home to a 2,000sqm Food Court which includes the authentic Olivia's Italian Restaurant, Delimarché International Restaurant, plus a range of casual dining restaurants - including international brands such as Coffee Bean & Teal Leaf and Costa Coffee.
ADNEC also consists of a number of retail outlets, including Etihad Airways, National Bank of Abu Dhabi, Fedex and Emirates Post Office as well as more than 25 private offices for local and international businesses.
Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company is developing Capital Centre - a mixed use lifestyle destination which surrounds the exhibition centre and will contain 23 skyscrapers which will house hotels, apartments and offices. Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company is also developing Capital Gate - the gravity defying feature tower which leans more than any other building on Earth and will house a 5 star hotel. Additionally, a 2.3km Marina Zone is also being developed adjacent to the exhibition facilities.
